solid stay
garden apartment lovely staff fantastic time
i stayed at a garden apartment by the lower pool. it was easy to sit around the pool edge using the apartment's garden. the food was usual all-inclusive buffet, but staff were lovely. i had a fantastic time with my family with teenagers and my mother.
i found that getting a sunbed was a pain. reserving one on the first day did not help. after that, i didn't bother with them at all. this inconvenience reduced the overall enjoyment of my stay

the reception staff provided quick check-in with a smile. restaurant staff were excellent offering perfectly cooked food. the bar staff were very polite and fast. the entertainment crew had different themed nights during the week.

the apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. a good-sized balcony gave great view toward the sea. the room included a fridge and a toaster. a dishcloth and fairy liquid pack were provided which was a nice touch.

attentive staff clean pools enjoyable entertainment
the staff at the hotel was very attentive. i found the pools clean, and they were well kept.. the entertainment team worked tirelessly to provide enjoyable shows and activities. i appreciated the quick and efficient service at the bar, especially during busy evenings.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room was uncomfortably warm during the night.

Wonderful Stay at a Charming Location
sunbed availability entertainment lighting accommodating maid
I was very pleased with the increased availability of sunbeds. It made relaxing by the pools much easier. The lighting in the entertainment area added a really nice ambiance to the evenings. Our apartment was always clean, and the maid service was accommodating. If we were in the room, the maids would return later to change towels and make beds.
I did notice that the television in the room had limited channels, primarily Spanish. Although reception addressed this by adding English channels, it was initially a slight inconvenience. I think more English channels are a must on arrival.

A Truly Wonderful Getaway
helpful staff super clean apartment well kept grounds convenient access
The staff were helpful . The cleaning service kept my apartment super clean each day. I found the hotel grounds to be well kept. I especially enjoyed the convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel offers easy access to local shops and restaurants and the beach is only 7 minutes walk away.
I noticed that securing a sunbed by the pool required placing towels out quite early. This could be a slight inconvenience hoping to relax poolside later in the day.

The rooms were kept very clean with a daily cleaning service. The spacious apartment included a large balcony, offering beautiful views. Air conditioning was efficient.

the rooms were spacious and super clean. the food was amazing!!! theo was very helpful and friendly at the bar.
the drains had a horrendous smell. i mentioned it, but nothing was done. the air conditioning is ran off one system and people wanted it on warm at night. this was not a good experience.
